Metal-Management Co. Ltd. was founded in 1992. Originally it focused on machining and welding of different engineering metal parts. But soon after the company was established, an opportunity arise to deliver stainless and hot galvanized components for technological equipment of wastewater treatment plants for villages and cities. Owing to the fact that our customers were very satisfied with the high quality and good price of supplied components and owing to many improvements, which our technicians implemented into single components of technological equipment of wastewater treatment plants, amount of contracts on components of technological equipments of WWTPs has gradually significantly increased. At that time, our company has started to cooperate with prominent water management experts and scientists in the Czech republic.

Our WWTPs are in literature mentioned as mechanical-biological aerobic wastewater treatment plants with immersed settlement tank (settlement tank is inserted into activation tank). They are based on principle of low-loaded activation with nitrification and sludge stabilization. This technology belongs among most modern and most progressive technologies for wastewater treatment and that is why it is placed among BAT (Best Available Techniques).

In 1999 Metal-Management Company started production of small wastewater treatment plants for 4 – 50 PT fully made from stainless steel. These small WWTPs named „Stainless Cleaner“ obtained many awards on exhibitions and fairs and soon they became very desired by the customers. Mark „Stainless Cleaner“ started to be used also for our bigger WWTPs (bigger than for 50 PT).

Since 2000, the production of technological equipment for municipal WWTPs, production of small WWTPs and production of components of municipal WWTPs (e.g. check gates, devices for machine extraction of sand and gravel, rack baskets etc.), create circa 95% of the total company production.
In 2004, our company was certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. We continually improve all our products and enlarge our manufacturing programme with new products. Since 2006 we have been producing packaged wastewater treatment plants for 75, 100 and 150 PT in full stainless design. Since 2008 we have been producing also machines for mechanical pre-treatment of wastewater, namely rotary drum sieves „RBS“ and screw screen „ScreenHelix“. Since 2009 group of machines for mechanical pre-treatment of wastewater has enlarged with sand separators „SEPP“ and integrated mechanical pre-treatment „RBS-SEPP“.

Our company is able to provide the customers full service – from the design, through the production and installation up to guarantee and after-guarantee servicing.
We export our products into Poland, Romania, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, Croatia and Serbia.
These days our company has 49 very skilled employees.
Metal-Management, Co. Ltd. has produced from the beginning of its existence up to 31 December 2015 wastewater treatment plants for 718 852 PT.
